The Dallas Voice has an article about Rob Schlein, the President of the Dallas Chapter of Log Cabin Republicans who is in a race for precinct chair of the local Republican Party. That in and of itself is interesting, but what makes it even more fascinating is that Schlein is running challenging incumbent Homer Adams, the husband of the former chair of Texas Eagle Forum Cathie Adams.
Schlein is an excellent example of what it takes in trying to make the GOP more welcome to a wider range of voices. Good luck, Rob!
